The disk drive shall not incur damage for an over voltage condition of +25% (maximum duration of 20 ms) on the 5 volt nominal supply. The idle current is specified at an inner track. The read/write current is specified based on three operations of 63 sector read/write per 100 ms. The seek average current is specified based on three operations per 100 ms.
