Installing a drive Depending on your server model, one or more of the following drives might be installed in the server: v Diskette v Hard disk drive v CD-ROM Internal drive bays The server comes with an IDE CD-ROM drive in bay 1 and a 3.5-in., 1.44 MB diskette drive in bay 3. Some server models come with six hot-swap hard disk drive bays; other server models come with four simple-swap hard disk drive bays and a hard disk drive installed in bay 7.
