DSC OPERATION 7 DDEntering a Group ID DDDeleting an entered ID 1 You can enter a total of 30 Group IDs, and assign names to them of up to 10 characters. (Example: Deleting an Individual ID: ICOM 2) 1. Display the "INDIVIDUAL ID" screen. 2 1. Display the "GROUP ID" screen. [MENU] > DSC Settings > Individual ID 3 2. Push [▲] or [▼] to select "ICOM 2." 4 [MENU] > DSC Settings > Group ID ••"No ID" is displayed if no ID is entered. 5 2. Push ADD . ••The Group ID's entry screen is displayed. 3. Enter the Group ID and its name in the same way as described on the previous page. 4. After entering, push FIN to save, and return to the previous screen. ••The entered name is displayed. NOTE: The first digit is fixed as "0" for a Group ID. The first two digits are fixed as "0" for any coast station ID. 6 7 3. Push DEL . ••"Are You Sure?" is displayed. 8 4. Push OK to delete. LLPush CANCEL to cancel the deletion. 9 ••The selected ID is deleted, and then returns to the previous 10 screen. 11 TIP: You can edit an ID and its name by pushing EDIT in step 3. 12 13 14 15 16 19

Entering a Group ID
You can enter a total of 30 Group IDs, and assign names to
them of up to 10 characters.
1.
Display the “GROUP ID” screen.
[MENU] > DSC Settings >
Group ID
• “No ID” is displayed if no ID is entered.
2.
Push
ADD
.
•
The Group ID’s entry screen is displayed.
3.
Enter the Group ID and its name in the same way as
described on the previous page.
4.
After entering, push
FIN
to save, and return to the
previous screen.
• The entered name is displayed.
NOTE:
The first digit is fixed as “0” for a Group ID.
The first two digits are fixed as “0” for any coast
station ID.

Deleting an entered ID
(Example: Deleting an Individual ID: ICOM 2)
1.
Display the “INDIVIDUAL ID” screen.
[MENU] > DSC Settings >
Individual ID
2.
Push [▲] or [▼] to select “ICOM 2.”
3.
Push
DEL
.
• “Are You Sure?” is displayed.
4.
Push
OK
to delete.
L
Push
CANCEL
to cancel the deletion.
• The selected ID is deleted, and then returns to the previous
screen.
TIP
: You can edit an ID and its name by pushing
EDIT
in
step 3.
