Appendix A - Specifications and Default Settings CN50 Docking Connector Specifications The CN50 has an array of six pin surface contacts that provide USB "On the Go" (OTG) connectivity and charge power. CN50 Docking Connector Specification Pin Number Signal Name 1 VEXT 2 OTG_ID 3 OTG_VBUS 4 OTG_USB_D- 5 OTG_USB_D+ 6 GND Description Computer power (4.6 V @ 1.5 A) Identification pin VBUS (5V @ 100 mA max) USB data signal USB data signal Ground (power return) CN50 Imager Reading Distances Typical reading distances are done in an office environment using office lights (4 lux). Minimum distances are measured in the dark (0 lux). Both reading distances are provided in respective scan engine integration guides. Contact your local Intermec representative for more information. Below are the typical and minimum standard reading distances for the CN50 built with an EA21 or EA11 imager. When correctly mounted, and exit window reduces reading distances by about 4% for all scan engines.
