11 RECLINER Push Handle Release Handle Upright Position Back Assembly Reclined Position FIGURE 1 Operating Recliner Replacing Headrest Pillow 1. Unfasten straps of headrest pillow from behind headrest upholstery. 2. Secure straps of the new headrest pillow onto fastening strips located on back of headrest upholstery.
