Department of Transportation - 49 CFR Parts 171, 172, 173, 175 General information regarding Passengers with Disabilities may be found at https://www.transportation.gov/airconsumer/passengersdisabilities Use the battery isolation switch A to disconnect the power. l Disconnect - Slide the switch towards the BACK of the wheelchair. The power will turn off. l Connect - Slide the switch towards the FRONT of the wheelchair. The power will turn on. Damage Prevention Secure or remove fragile components prior to transporting the wheelchair. The wheelchair controls can often be folded in towards the center of the chair. Wrap sensitive components (electronics, etc.) in soft, shock-absorbing material (foam, bubble wrap, towel, etc.). Ensure cables are secured.
