Set/Define Port Commands Command Reference Errors Parameters Note: See Also Autobaud will not work unless the port is using 8 bit characters, or 7 bit characters with Even parity. PortList/All Specifies a particular port or group of ports, or all ports. Port numbers are specified with integers between 1 and the total number of physical ports. Lists of ports must be separated by commas. Ranges of ports must be separated by a dash (-). In the absence of a PortList or the All parameter, the configuration will affect the current port only. Set/Define Port Character Size, page 12-16; Set/Define Port Stop, page 12-25; Show/Monitor/List Ports, page 12-63; Parity, Character Size, and Stop Bits, page 5-4. 12.24.12 Set/Define Port Passflow SET DEFINE PORT PortList ALL ENABLED PASSFLOW DISABLED Specifies whether the Server will strip XON/XOFF characters from the data stream. If passflow is enabled, XON/XOFF characters, which may be needed for flow control, will be allowed to pass though to the remote device unchanged. Passflow is disabled by default. Applies To EPS1, EPS2, EPS2-100, EPS4-100 Errors Only works when XON/XOFF flow control is enabled. Parameters PortList/All Specifies a particular port or group of ports, or all ports. The Set/Define Server Login Password command is used to set the password itself. 12-22
