Clearing Jams 2 Remove the print cartridge by pulling up and towards the front of the printer. Warning! To prevent damage to the print cartridge, do not expose it to light for more than a few minutes. Place a piece of paper over the top of the toner cartridge to shield it while it is out of the printer. 3 Gently pull the print media toward you to remove it. Make sure no print media remains inside the printer. 4 Reinsert the print cartridge and close the cover. Resume printing. 7.10 TROUBLESHOOTING
