BIOS Setup IR Pin Select Set to IRRX/IRTX when using an internal IR module connected to the IR header. Set to SINB/SOUTB. when connecting an IR adapter to COM B. Parallel Port This field specifies the base I/O port address of the onboard parallel port. Selecting Auto allows AMIBIOS to automatically determine the correct base I/O port address. Settings: Auto, 378, 278, Disabled. Port Mode This item selects the operation mode for the onboard parallel port: ECP, Normal, Bi-Dir or EPP. EPP Version The item selects the EPP version used by the parallel port if the port is set to EPP mode. Settings: 1.7, 1.9. Port IRQ When OnBoard Parallel Port is set to Auto, the item shows Auto indicating that BIOS determines the IRQ for the parallel port automatically. Port DMA This feature needs to be configured only when Parallel Port Mode is set to the ECP mode. When Parallel Port is set to Auto, the field will show Auto indicating that BIOS automatically determines the DMA channel for the parallel port. OnChip IDE Controller This setting controls the onboard IDE controller. Setting options: Disabled, Primary, Secondary, Both. OnBoard LAN This setting controls the onboard LAN controller. Setting options: Disabled, Enabled. OnBoard LAN P.M.E. This feature allows the onboard LAN to be awakened from the power saving modes through any event on PME (Power Management Event).
