My Info My Info lets you view information about your phone and send this information to other phones. Viewing My Info 1 From the main menu, select My Info. 2 Scroll to see the entire screen. The My Info screen contains: • My Name - You can enter your name here. • Line 1 and Line 2 - your phone numbers for phone lines 1 and 2. Each number appears when you receive your alert notification after enabling security on your phone. • Direct Connect - Your Direct Connect number is the number that others use to contact you using Direct Connect calls. This number appears when you receive your alert notification after enabling security on your phone. • Group ID - the number of the Talkgroup you have joined. • Carrier IP - the IP address assigned to Nextel. This number appears when you register for packet data services. 106 • IP1 Address and IP2 Address - the IP addresses you use to access the Internet with your phone. • Circuit Data - the number you use if you want to use your phone to transfer circuit data. See "Using Your Phone as a Modem" on page 52. You receive this number from Nextel. Note: If you request equipment-related transactions on your account, Nextel Customer Care may require you to provide specific information about your phone. By pressing m anytime while in My Info, a submenu will appear that includes your phone's service status, unit information, and phone identification numbers including IMEI, SIM ID, and Serial Number (SN). Please be prepared to supply the representative with this information when requesting these types of transactions. Viewing My Info

My Info

The My Info screen contains:
My Name
— You can enter your name here.
Line 1
and
Line 2
— your phone numbers for
phone lines 1 and 2. Each number appears
when you receive your alert notification after
enabling security on your phone.
Direct Connect
— Your Direct Connect number
is the number that others use to contact you
using Direct Connect calls. This number
appears when you receive your alert notification
after enabling security on your phone.
Group ID
— the number of the Talkgroup you
have joined.
Carrier IP
— the IP address assigned to Nextel.
This number appears when you register for
packet data services.

— the IP
