Functions Available in Playback Mode (Playback Menu) Playback Features In the playback screen M d button M c tab, h tab, F tab, or C tab When viewing pictures in full-frame playback mode or thumbnail playback mode, you can configure the following functions by pressing the d button to display the menu, and then selecting the c tab, h tab, F tab, or C tab (A 12). Item k Quick retouch1 I D-Lighting1 s Glamour retouch1 p Filter effects1 a Print order2, 3 b Slide show2, 3 d Protect2, 3 f Rotate image3 g Small picture1 E Voice memo h Copy4 Description A Easily create retouched copies in which contrast and saturation have been enhanced. E 12 Enhances brightness and contrast in dark portions of pictures. E 13 Make facial skin tone softer and make faces look smaller with larger eyes. E 14 Apply a variety of effects using digital filter. The available effects are Color options, Soft, Selective E 16 color, Cross screen, Fisheye, and Miniature effect. When using a printer to print pictures saved on the memory card, you can use the Print order function to select which pictures are printed, and how many copies of each picture are printed. E 46 View pictures stored in the internal memory or on a memory card in an automatic slide show. Protect selected pictures from accidental deletion. E 50 E 52 Specifies the orientation in which saved pictures are displayed with playback. E 54 Create a small copy of the current picture. This feature is useful for creating copies for display on Web pages or e-mail attachments. E 18 Record voice memos using the camera's built-in microphone and attach them to pictures. Voice memo can also be played back and deleted. E 55 Copy files between memory card and internal memory. E 57 1 The selected picture is edited, and the copy is saved with a different file name. Pictures taken, or movies at an image mode setting of P 4224×2376 (E 10) cannot be edited. Once an picture has been edited, some editing functions may become unavailable (E 11). 2 When using list by date mode, press the d button from the list of dates screen (E 9) to apply the same function to all pictures captured on the selected date. 3 This function is available when the projector is in operation (A 88). 4 This function is not available when using favorite pictures mode, auto sort mode, or list by date mode. 71
