The Key ________ To create a macro, press the key (1) on the control panel to open the job macro menu. Important! If the user authentication is enabled, log into the MFP before following the procedures below. Creating a Macro 1 Specify the settings you want to register at the control panel. 2 Press the key to open the job macro menu. 3 Press the down arrow key to select an entry number for the new macro, then press . 4 Press the down arrow key to select [Register], then press . 5 Review the settings using the down arrow key to scroll through them, then press . 6 Enter a title for the new macro. 7 Use the arrow keys to highlight Done], then press . 8 Press the let or right arrow keys to select [Yes] on the confirmation screen.
