Display Panel Instructions The required settings must be selected prior to scanning. Information and conditions are shown on the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) and LED. LCD COUNTER : Press to menu. enter the counter setting 3 IMPRINT : Press to enter the imprinter setting menu. 4 OTHERS : Press to enter the others setting menu. 1 : Up to 40 characters can be displayed during scanning or setting. : Press to advance to the next mode in the selected menu. : Press to return to the previous mode in the selected menu. : Press to advance to the next value in the selected mode. HOPPER 1 HOPPER 2 HOPPER 3 Press to change the hopper position. Hopper capacity with 17 lbs. paper. : HOPPER 1: 1000 sheets HOPPER 2: 200 sheets HOPPER 3: 1 sheet Press to exit from the setting section HOME : and return to the ready status. Also, this function can change the dis- play language. 2 : Press to return to the previous value in the selected mode. LED READY / ERROR / SLEEP Indicates the status of the scanner. : Green: Ready to scan or scanning Green (flashing): Sleep mode Orange: Initializing or warning Orange (flashing): Sleeping with warning Red: An error has occurred.
