9 Use more of your phone 9.1 Switch the handset off/on To switch the handset off, press and hold h in idle mode for at least 5 seconds. To switch it on, press and hold h for at least one second. The number or name of the second caller will also be displayed if you have subscribed to Caller Line Identification service (CLI). Please contact your network provider for more information on this service.
