13 Useful Remote Control Features 6 7 8 9 1 2 3 10 4 11 5 12 Mode switch (with "DVD/ DVR" selected) DVD/DVR control buttons When the DVD/DVR is preset by the learning function of the remote control, the remote control unit buttons will function as follows when the Mode switch of the remote control unit is set to DVD/DVR. • When the input selector button having the same number as the input terminal connected to a DVD player or DVD recorder is pressed, these players can be operated using 1 to 12. • DVD players or DVD recorders made by other manufacturers and not preset can also be operated using the remote control unit if 1 to 12 have learned the functions. See page 92. 1 CH +/- (DVD recorder only) Changes the channel of the tuner built into the DVD recorder 2  (PLAY) Selects playback 3  (SCAN)/ (CHAPTER SEARCH) Continue pressing to go backward Pressing quickly once takes you to the start of the playing chapter. DVD/DVR control buttons
