Printer Utility for Mac Starting Printer Utility for Mac This describes how to start Printer Utility for Mac. Important ❒ Before starting Printer Utility for Mac, confirm that the printer is selected in 2 [Chooser] on the Apple menu. A Double-click the Printer Utility for Mac icon. The [Printer Utility for Mac] dialog box appears. B Click [OK]. C In the [Available Printers:] box, select the printer you want to use. Note ❒ If you have changed zones, select a name in [Available Network Zones:]. ❒ Under Mac OS, click [Choose Printer...] on the Apple menu to change the printer. ❒ Under Mac OS X, click [Choose Printer...] on the Printer Utility for Mac menu to change the printer.
