Formatting a DVD-RAM/DVD-RW Disc Use these instructions to format a disc. The cartridge write protect tab should be set to the unprotect position. The disc protection should also be cleared. 4 Press the ➛❿ buttons to select Yes, and then press the ENTER button. • The disc is formatted.
