ADDING A COVER SHEET TO A FAX TRANSMISSION An 8-1/2" x 11" cover sheet can be attached to a fax transmission. The cover sheet is generated automatically and shows the date, time, recipient, fax number, sender, sender's fax number, and number of pages transmitted (cover sheet function). A message can also be added to the top of the first page of a transmitted fax (message function). When used together with the cover sheet function, the message is added to the top of the cover sheet.
