Quick Keys Several keys on your phone can be used to optimize the phone's functionality and decrease the number of times you need to press a key. Some of the key combinations demand that your phone is in a certain mode and some can be made from the standby mode. The table below describes some of the most useful key combinations. To... Do this: Mode: mute the microphone press and hold C LR when on the phone quickly access voice mail press and hold the 1 key when in standby find the first name in the phone book that starts with a certain letter press and hold the corresponding key, for example, the 2 key to find the first name that starts with an A when in standby go to the call list press Y E S when in standby reach second letter press and hold the upper vol- when entering letume key and press the desired ters numeric key reach third letter press and hold the lower volume when entering let- key and press the desired ters numeric key reject a call double-click on one volume key when receiving a or press N O call speed dial press 1 - 9 and Y ES when in standby move three lines forward press 3 when reading a message return to beginning of press and hold L EF T message when reading a message 80 Quick Keys
