Wait for a while and reconnect the USB cable. If the problem persists, disconnect the USB cable, restart the computer, and then reconnect the USB cable.  The USB cable is not connected properly. Disconnect the USB cable and then reconnect it.  A USB hub is used. Connecting via a USB hub is not guaranteed. Connect the USB cable directly to the computer.  The installation of the SonicStage software had been failed. Disconnect the player and your computer, and then reinstall the software again using the supplied CD-ROM ( page 17). You will still be able to use audio data registered by the existing software.  The battery is running out. Charge the battery using the AC power adaptor. The player is not recognized by the computer when it is connected to the computer.  The USB cable is not connected properly. Disconnect the USB cable and then reconnect it.  A USB hub is used. Connecting via a USB hub is not guaranteed. Connect the USB cable directly to the computer.  The driver file for the player has not been installed. Reinstall the SonicStage software for the player using the supplied CD-ROM ( page 17) to install the driver together.  The installation of the SonicStage software had been failed. Disconnect the player and your computer, and then reinstall the software again using the supplied CD-ROM ( page 17). You will still be able to use audio data registered by the existing software.
