Using Graffiti® 2 writing to enter text Using shortcuts Default shortcuts are registered on your CLIÉ handheld. To use a shortcut, write the shortcut stroke followed by the shortcut characters. When you write the shortcut stroke, the Short Cut Shift indicator is displayed at the insertion point to show that you are in Shortcut mode. For example, if you write the Graffiti® 2 writer shortcut "ds" ( , , and ) in the Graffiti® 2 writing area, this enters the current date and time. For details, refer to the following.
