Chapter 3 Setup Settings in Full Mode and Quick Print Mode Setting Prices Set the prices for prints. You can set the price per print for each size. You can also set additional fees for matte finishing and special prints such as index or border prints. You can also set initial fees for each order. This initial fee will always be added, regardless of the number of prints ordered. When an initial fee is set, the total price is calculated as follows: (basic price + additional fee) × number of prints + initial fee. Price setting example Basic price 3 × 5" 4 × 6" 5 × 7" 6 × 8" $ 0.25 $ 0.25 $ 0.30 $ 0.40 Additional fee Index print Border print Split image Matte finish $ 0.10 $ 0.10 $ 0.10 $ 0.05 Other Initial fee $ 0.50 Total price example This is an example of a total price calculated using the above prices. • Order content: 3 × 5" size, border print, matte finish • Number of prints: 5 Price per print: $0.25 (3 × 5") + $ 0.10 (border print) + $0.05 (matte finish) = $ 0.40 Total: $ 0.40 (price per print) × 5 prints + $0.50 (initial fee) = $ 2.50 Memo You can also vary the price per print based on the number of prints ordered (band pricing). For details on band pricing, see "Band Pricing" on page 37. Prices are set on the Pricing tab of the administration screen. Price Indication Select [ON] to enable the price settings. If this item is not set to [ON], total price calculation, receipt printing, and price display will be disabled. Currency Selects the currency to use when calculating the price for an order. When you touch the button, a list of currencies such as indicated below appears. Touch the currency to use, and touch the [OK] button. When not displaying the currency, select [(12.34)] (to display decimal points) or [(1234)] (not to display decimal points). Quick Print Mode

Setting Prices

Set the prices for prints.

You can set the price per print for each size. You can also

set additional fees for matte finishing and special prints

such as index or border prints.

You can also set initial fees for each order. This initial fee

will always be added, regardless of the number of prints

ordered. When an initial fee is set, the total price is

calculated as follows: (basic price + additional fee) ×

number of prints + initial fee.

This is an example of a total price calculated using the

above prices.

Order content: 3 × 5" size, border print, matte finish

Number of prints: 5

Price per print: $0.25 (3 × 5") + $ 0.10 (border print) +

$0.05 (matte finish) = $ 0.40

Total: $ 0.40 (price per print) × 5 prints + $0.50 (initial fee)

= $ 2.50

You can also vary the price per print based on the number

of prints ordered (band pricing). For details on band

pricing, see

“Band Pricing” on page 37

Prices are set on the Pricing tab of the administration

screen.

Price Indication

Select [ON] to enable the price settings.

If this item is not set to [ON], total price calculation,

receipt printing, and price display will be disabled.

Currency

Selects the currency to use when calculating the price for

an order.

When you touch the

button, a list of currencies such

as indicated below appears. Touch the currency to use, and

touch the [OK] button. When not displaying the currency,

select [(12.34)] (to display decimal points) or [(1234)] (not

to display decimal points).
