Do not use benzene, vinyl record cleaner, or antistatic solutions that may damage the disc. Troubleshooting Before sending the unit out for servicing, check the items listed below. If you still cannot solve the problem, contact your Sony Authorized Dealer. Symptom Cause/Remedy The printer does not feed the correct amount of paper automatically when you close the paper door and ribbon door after loading the paper roll and ink ribbon. The printer may be turned off. tTurn on the printer. The paper roll may have been loaded with its left and right sides reversed. tLoad the paper roll in the proper direction. disc.
Cleaning CDs and DVDs
Using a soft cloth, gently wipe off dirt from the center of
the disc toward the outside. To remove heavy dirt, wipe the
disc using a soft cloth that has been moistened with water
and thoroughly wrung out, and then remove any moisture
using a dry cloth.
Do not use benzene, vinyl record cleaner, or antistatic
solutions that may damage the disc.

Troubleshooting
