To insure this requires only a small amount of delicate attention to the cable system. Please follow the • following maintenance tips. 1. After first assembling the gym (Before Using It)_double check to be sure all cables are properly seated into the Pulleys. 2. Check to make certain, that the Pulley's Cable Traps have the cable traps positioned as showing in the diagram. Cable Traps should be set so they' fit about 1/16 of an inch from the rim of the Pulley and rotated away from where the Cable enters the Pulley. This will insure that the edge of the Cable Trap will not scrape the Cable Casing. 3. Always keep excess slack adjusted out of the Cable Run. Anything more than 1 inch of slack will take away from a full range of conditioning. READ THE FOLLOWING STEP BEFORE ADJUSTING THE CABLES 4. When adjusting slack out of both Cable Systems, first, adjust the Lat Cable slack at the low Pulley Station. This sets the height of the Dual Pulleys (G & H). Next, adjust the Bench Press Cable tension and set the height of the Dual Pulleys (T & U) at the adjusting ferrule on the back of the squat slide. Finally take the remaining slack out the the cable at the Leg Extension. 5. Periodically lubricate the Guide Rods with silicone or light machine oil to minimize friction and drag. IF YOUR HOME GYM FEELS LIKE IT IS BINDING UP READ THE FOLLOWING STEP 6. During use, if it ever feels like the exercise is binding up, stop immediately and check the cable run andpulleys to see if a cable has jumped off a pulley or it is binding on a cable trap bracket. Prompt attention may prevent cable damage. SAFETY TIPS: u ALWAYS MAKE CERTAIN THAT SMALL CHILDREN ARE CLEAR OF THE UNIT WHILE IN USE. u NEVER PUT YOUR HANDS, FINGERS, OR OTHER PARTS OF YOUR BODY BETWEEN MOVING PARTS OR WEIGHTS WHILE THE GYM IS IN USE. u KEEP ALL BOLTS AND FASTENERS TIGHTENED.
