Scanning from PaperPort Scanning from PaperPort Instead of using the scanner buttons or the One Touch Button Panel to scan, you can scan from the TWAIN interface. The PaperPort application that you received with your scanner uses the TWAIN interface for scanning. This scanning method is particularly helpful when you're using PaperPort to file and save scanned items, or if you want to adjust scanning settings prior to scanning. • If your computer is running Windows XP or Me-you can scan using the TWAIN Interface or the Microsoft Windows Image Acquisition (known as WIA) interface. • If your computer is running Windows 2000-using WIA is not available. Scanning from PaperPort
Instead of using the scanner buttons or the One Touch Button
Panel to scan, you can scan from the TWAIN interface. The
PaperPort application that you received with your scanner uses the
TWAIN interface for scanning. This scanning method is particularly
helpful when you’re using PaperPort to file and save scanned
items, or if you want to adjust scanning settings prior to scanning.
If your computer is running Windows XP or Me
—you can
scan using the
TWAIN Interface
or
the Microsoft
Windows
Image Acquisition
(known as
WIA
) interface.
If your computer is running Windows 2000
—using
WIA
is
not available.
