Using the unit as a music player Copying data using Explorer This section explains how to transfer MP3/WMA files to the unit using Windows Explorer. 1. Connect the unit to the USB terminal on the computer. 2. Start Explorer on the computer (page 40). 3. Open the "MUSIC" folder in the Removable Disk drive and the "My Music" folder in "My Document" on the computer. (1) Copying files to the unit Select the MP3/WMA files (other than DRM content) that you wish to copy, then "drag and drop" them to the MUSIC folder in the Removable Disk drive. (2) Copying files to your computer Select the MP3/WMA files you wish to copy in the MUSIC folder on the Removable Disk, then "drag and drop" them into a folder of your choice on your computer. Copying data using Explorer
This section explains how to transfer MP3/WMA files to the unit using Windows Explorer.
1.
Connect the unit to the USB terminal on the computer.
2.
Start Explorer on the computer (
page 40
).
3.
Open the “MUSIC” folder in the Removable Disk drive and the “My Music”
folder in “My Document” on the computer.
(1) Copying files to the unit
Select the MP3/WMA files (other than DRM content) that you wish to copy, then
“drag and drop” them to the MUSIC folder in the Removable Disk drive.
(2) Copying files to your computer
Select the MP3/WMA files you wish to copy in the MUSIC folder on the Removable
Disk, then “drag and drop” them into a folder of your choice on your computer.
