When the data collection process is finished, click Download to save the most recent diagnostic file to your computer. Figure 22 Maintenance > Diagnostics: Debug Information Collector 5.4 View Log Nebula Control Center (NCC) downloads log messages from the NAP periodically, and then deletes the downloaded log messages from the NAP. The Maintenance > Log screen allows you to view log messages that have not yet been downloaded by NCC. This can with troubleshooting when the NAP is disconnected from NCC. Note: After the log reaches the maximum number of log messages, each new log message automatically overwrites the oldest log message. Events that generate an alert as well as a log message are displayed in red. Regular log messages are displayed in black. Click a column header to sort all rows in the table using that column.
