Chapter 6 Wireless LAN The following table describes the labels in this screen. Table 24 Wireless LAN > RADIUS LABEL Profile Name Primary RADIUS Server Primary Server IP Address Primary Server Port Primary Share Secret Backup RADIUS Server DESCRIPTION This is the name that identifying this RADIUS profile. Select the check box to enable user authentication through an external authentication server. Enter the IP address of the RADIUS server to be used for authentication. Enter the port number of the RADIUS server to be used for authentication. Enter a password (up to 64 alphanumeric characters) as the key to be shared between the external authentication server and the NWA1121-NI. The key must be the same on the external authentication server and your NWA1121-NI. The key is not sent over the network. If the NWA1121-NI cannot communicate with the primary RADIUS server, you can have the NWA1121-NI use a backup RADIUS server. Make sure the check boxe is selected if you want to use the backup server.
