Video Special Playback Modes To enter most special playback modes you need to operate the buttons on the wireless controller ( 19). There is no sound during the special playback modes. Special playback mode Fast playback Initial mode Normal playback Slow playback* Playback pause Skip to the beginning of: the next scene the current scene the previous scene Return to normal playback Normal playback Special playback On the camcorder press... On the wireless controller press... or SEARCH or SEARCH Press again to increase the playback speed 5x o 15x the normal speed SLOW or or SLOW Press again to increase the playback speed 1/8 o 1/4 the normal speed Push the joystick: () NEXT () PREV. ( ) twice PREV. twice / PLAY During some special playback modes, you may notice some anomalies (blocky video artifacts, banding, etc.) in the playback picture. * Slow playback is not available with discs recorded in VIDEO mode. 42
