IMG STAB FOCUS PRI. ( 80) Mode switch: P [ ON ], [ OFF] The image stabilizer compensates for camcorder shake even at full telephoto. • The image stabilizer is designed to compensate for a normal degree of camcorder shake. • The image stabilizer cannot be turned off when the mode switch is set to AUTO. • We recommend setting the image stabilizer to [ OFF] when using a tripod. FRAME RATE Mode switch: P Disc quality: HD only [ 60i NORMAL], [ 24F PROGR.] Selects the frame rate to be used when recording in HD quality. [ 24F PROGR.]: 24 frames per second, progressive. Using this frame rate will give your recordings a cinematic look. When combined with the [ CINE MODE] recording program ( 55), the cinematic look will be enhanced. This frame rate is different from the 24F mode featured in Canon HDV camcorders. AF AST LAMP ( 78) Mode switch: P [ ON:AiAF], [ [ OFF] ON:CENTER], REVIEW [ OFF], [ 2 sec], [ 4 sec], [ 6 sec], [ 8 sec], [ 10 sec] Selects the time to display a still image after it has been recorded on the memory card. • This menu item will not be available when the drive mode ( 79) is set to [ CONT.SHOOT.], [ HISPEED CONT.SHOOT.] or [ AEB]. • If you press DISP. while reviewing a still image it will continue to be displayed indefinitely.
