Printing Communication Reports 5 Press [Done] repeatedly until the Send Basic Features screen appears. RX Report The RX Report enables you to check whether documents were sent correctly from the sender's machine and received successfully by this machine. An RX Report can be printed automatically after documents are received, and you can also set the machine to print an RX Report only when a reception error occurs. NOTE • For an example of an RX Report, see "RX Report," on p. 12-5. • The default setting is 'Off'. 1 Press (Additional Functions) ➞ [Report Settings] ➞ [Settings].
