Printing Communication Reports Printing Lists You can print the contents of the Address Book or the settings specified from the Additional Functions screen. NOTE Lists can be printed only if 11" x 17", LGL, LTR, or LTRR paper (plain or recycled paper) is loaded in the paper sources whose settings in Other in Drawer Eligibility For APS/ADS in Common Settings (from the Additional Functions screen) are set to 'On'. (See Chapter 3, "Customizing Settings," in the Reference Guide.) Address Book List You can print the contents of the Address Book (Address Book or One-touch Buttons). This is useful for checking the details of destinations that have been stored in the Address Book.
