Set documents. Place the first page on the platen glass if you are not using the ADF. 2. Press [Additional Functions]. 3. Use [ ] or [ ] to select , then press [OK]. 4. Use the numeric keys, one-touch speed dialing key, coded dialing code, or address book dialing to enter a recipient. Be sure to press [OK] after entering the recipient's number if you use the numeric keys. You can enter up to 16 different fax numbers using the numeric keys. Back Previous Next TOP 5. Broadcasting enables you to send the same document to
multiple recipients.

Set documents.
Place the first page on the platen glass if you are not using the
ADF.

Press [Additional Functions].

then press [OK].
4.
Use the numeric keys, one-touch speed
dialing key, coded dialing code, or address
book dialing to enter a recipient.
Be sure to press [OK] after entering the recipient’s number if you
use the numeric keys. You can enter up to 16 different fax
numbers using the numeric keys.
5.
Repeat step 4 to enter all required recipients
(up to 124), then press [Start].
When you set the documents on the platen glass, press [Start] for

dialing.
