Storage Subsystem Power Distribution The power distribution for storage subsystem enclosures, with respect to connecting them to PDUs and UPSs, can be configured similarly to the example shown for server power distribution. Each enclosure in an MA8000/EMA12000 Storage Subsystem has two AC power inlets. Substituting power inlets for power supplies and storage subsystem enclosures for ProLiant servers shown in Figure 5-8, you can provide two redundant paths from the storage subsystem enclosures to building power.
