5.9.Trouble Shooting Question Answer Why are all the indicators off?  Check the connection between the power adapter and the power socket.  Check whether the power switch is turned on. Choose Start > Run from the desktop, and ping 192.168.2.1 (IP address of the DSL router). If the DSL router is not reachable, check the type of network cable, the connection between the DSL router and the PC, and the TCP/IP configuration of the PC. How to load the default settings after incorrect configuration? To restore the factory default settings, turn on the device, and press the reset button for about 3 seconds, and then release it.
