4.6.11 Setting the e-Mail Server (SMTP Server) Touch Panel Admin Central Tool Admin 1. Select the [Network Settings] tab on the top menu. 2. Select the [SMTP Server] tab on the left side menu. ⇒ The "SMTP Server" screen appears. 3. Enter the SMTP server FQDN, host name or IP address in the "Address" input field. • For an FQDN or host name This may be up to 255 characters long. If an SMTP server is not required, leave this field blank. • For an IP address The following format should be used xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (xxx is a value from 0 to 255). 4. Set the "Maximum Attachment Size" for e-mails (total data size when sending an email). This may be between 1 and 20 MB. The default size is "1MB". 5. Press the [OK] button. ⇒ The SMTP server is set. 92
