9. On the "Scan Viewer" screen, press the [Save] button. ⇒ The specified file name is used to save the scanned data in the selected network folder. ⇒ The "Main Menu" screen is shown again. After a file has been created from scanned data, while waiting for the save process to complete, the scanner prepares for the next operation. All processes queued so far are performed at the same time, and are referred to as buffer jobs. A maximum of ten jobs may be buffered. If the saving to the network folder fails, an error message with the follow- HINT ing title is sent by e-mail from the scanner to the e-mail address registered in the LDAP server for the currently logged-in user.
