3. Alarms: Comm Loss - Wiring Hub A "Comm Loss-Wiring Hub" will occur when the Controller (display) is unable to communicate with the Wiring Hub. Remove DDT & Power Cycle Step 3A Check HNA Power LED Step 3B Follow steps to remove DDT (pg. 17). IF after programming is reestablished, the problem still persists go to step 3B. IF problem is corrected Backup configuration (pg. 14). Inspect the HNA power LED. IF the LED does not flash green, then go to step 3F to diagnose source power. IF LED flashes green (5-6 times per minute), proceed to step 3C. 31
