Clear jams in the toner-cartridge area The following information describes how to clear paper jams in the toner-cartridge area. When a jam occurs, 2line control panel displays an error message and the touchscreen control panel displays an animation that assists in clearing the jam. 1. Lift the scanner assembly. OK 2.
