Rename Zone Set Use the Rename option on the Actions menu to rename a zone set. 1. Select a zone set from the Zone Set Library area on the Zone Sets dialog box. 2. From the Actions menu, choose Rename. 3. In the Rename Zone Set dialog box, change the zone set name in the Rename to: box and click OK. The zone set name is changed without losing zoning configurations. 4. Click Close to close the Zone Sets dialog box. The name is changed in the Zone Library and saved to the HP EFC server. Delete Zone Sets 1. Select a zone set in the Zone Set Library area on the Zone Sets dialog box. 2. From the Actions menu, choose Delete. 3. When the Warning dialog box displays asking you to confirm the deletion, click Yes. The zone set is deleted from the Zone Set Library. 4. Click Close to close the Zone Sets dialog box. Modify Zone Sets 1. Select a zone set in the Zone Set Library area on the Zone Sets dialog box. 2. From the Actions menu, choose Modify. The Modify Zone Set dialog box displays (Figure 34 on page 79). The current zones in the set are listed in the Zones in Set area, while all defined zones are listed in the Zone Library area. 3. Add zones to the set by selecting zones from the Zone Library area and clicking Add. 4. To clear a single zone from the Zones in Set area, select the zone set and click Remove. 5. Fabric Zoning
Rename Zone Set
Use the
Rename
option on the
Actions
menu to rename a zone set.
1.
Select a zone set from the Zone Set Library area on the Zone Sets dialog box.
2.
From the
Actions
menu, choose
Rename
.
3.
In the Rename Zone Set dialog box, change the zone set name in the Rename to: box and
click
OK
.
The zone set name is changed without losing zoning configurations.
4.
Click
Close
to close the Zone Sets dialog box. The name is changed in the Zone Library
and saved to the HP EFC server.
Delete Zone Sets
1.
Select a zone set in the Zone Set Library area on the Zone Sets dialog box.
2.
From the
Actions
menu, choose
Delete
.
3.
When the Warning dialog box displays asking you to confirm the deletion, click
Yes
. The
zone set is deleted from the Zone Set Library.
4.
Click
Close
to close the Zone Sets dialog box.
Modify Zone Sets
1.
Select a zone set in the Zone Set Library area on the Zone Sets dialog box.
2.
From the
Actions
menu, choose
Modify
.
The Modify Zone Set dialog box displays (Figure 34 on page 79). The current zones in
the set are listed in the Zones in Set area, while all defined zones are listed in the Zone
Library area.
3.
Add zones to the set by selecting zones from the Zone Library area and clicking
Add
.
4.
To clear a single zone from the Zones in Set area, select the zone set and click
Remove
.
5.
When the zone set is complete, click
Save Zone Set
.
