Show Routes The Show Routes option allows you to view the path that Fibre Channel frames will take between two end devices in a multiswitch fabric. In order to view the route between two devices, the following must be true: • All switches or directors in the route must be managed by EFC Manager and attached to the same EFC Server. • All switches or directors in the route must be FC-64 or compatible switches and be running firmware version 1.3 or higher. • All switches or directors in the route must be in the same zone. To view the route between two end devices, use the following procedure: 1. Open the Fabric View by selecting Fabric View from the EFC Manager View menu. 2. Open the Fabric Manager by clicking the pentagonal icon for the appropriate fabric. 3. Choose Show Route from the Fabric Manager Configure menu. The Show Route dialog box displays. The
Show Routes
option allows you to view the path that Fibre Channel frames will take
between two end devices in a multiswitch fabric.
In order to view the route between two devices, the following must be true:

To view the route between two end devices, use the following procedure:
1.
Open the
Fabric View
by selecting
Fabric View
from the EFC Manager
View
menu.
2.
Open the Fabric Manager by clicking the pentagonal icon for the appropriate fabric.
3.
Choose
Show Route
from the Fabric Manager
Configure
menu. The
Show Route
dialog
box displays.
