seam
appearance

durability
make
sure
the
needle
and
bobbin
thread
tensions
are
correctly
adjusted
to
each
other,
ie.
the
threads
are
interlaced
between
the
two
fabric
plies.
For
fancy
seams
and
buttonholes
the
thread
interlace
should
be
visible
on
the
reverse
side
of
the
fabric.
