3. Remove the jammed paper by gently pulling it out. Paper jam inside of booklet maker (3,250-sheet booklet finisher only) Click this link to open an animation about clearing a jam. 1. Open the finisher front door. 4. Close the finisher front door. If this paper jam persists, make sure the bridge covers are inserted correctly. When the bridge covers are not inserted correctly, it could cause paper jams and hole punch positions askew. 2. Pull out the booklet maker. Troubleshooting_ 229
