8. Thread the Crank Puller into the Crank Arm. When the Crank Puller is in the correct position, only 1-2 threads on the outer portion (CP2) of the Crank Puller should show. Note: Be sure the end of the Bolt (CP1) of the Crank Puller is recessed inside of the Nut (CP2) as shown in the photo, before use. CP1 CP2 CP3 9. Using a wrench, turn the inner portion (CP3) of the Crank Puller clockwise. The Crank Arm will slide off as it is tightened. Note: Be advised that it may take a lot of force to get the Crank Puller to start to slide off the Crank Arm. Note: Image does not match your machine. 10. Re-assemble the machine in the reverse order of when the parts were removed. 11. Final Inspection Inspect your machine to ensure that all hardware is tight and components are properly assembled. 8. Thread the Crank Puller into the Crank Arm. When the Crank Puller is
in the correct position, only 1-2 threads on the outer portion (CP2) of the
Crank Puller should show.
Note:
Be sure the end of the Bolt (CP1) of the Crank Puller is recessed
inside of the Nut (CP2) as shown in the photo, before use.
9. Using a wrench, turn the inner portion (CP3) of the Crank Puller
clockwise. The Crank Arm will slide off as it is tightened.
Note:
Be advised that it may take a lot of force to get the Crank Puller to
start to slide off the Crank Arm.
10. Re-assemble the machine in the reverse order of when the parts
were removed.
11. Final Inspection
Inspect your machine to ensure that all hardware is tight and components
are properly assembled.
Do not use until the machine has been fully assembled and
inspected for correct performance in accordance with the
Owner’s Manual.
