When you set the NOISE CUT switch to "ON," ambient noise other than the human voice is reduced. A file is played back with clear sound quality because the noise of all frequency bands including a human voice is reduced. P Notes • The effect of the noise cut function may be different depending on the condition of the recorded voice. • When you are using the built-in speaker, the noise cut function does not work. • When the NOISE CUT switch is set to "ON," the effect function does not work. To set the noise cut level 1 Select the (Playback) tab t "Noise Cut Level" in the menu, and then press N/ENT. 2 Press v or V on the control button to select "Maximum" or "Medium," and then press N/ENT. "Noise Cut Level" is set to "Maximum" when you purchase the IC recorder. 3 Press x STOP to exit the menu mode. To cancel the noise cut function Set the NOISE CUT switch to "OFF." When you set "V-UP" to "Maximum" or "Medium," the low-level part of a recorded file is amplified, allowing you to hear even low/small voices more easily. 61GB
