BEAM MODE BEAM MODE You can change the beam mode to suit the input source of this unit using the beam mode buttons on the remote control (STEREO, 3BEAM, 5BEAM, ST+3BEAM or TARGET). Select stereo mode for 2-channel sources, 3 beam mode, 5 beam mode and stereo plus 3 beam mode for 5.1-channel playback. All the beam modes are available in the following cases:

If you selected settings other than CORNER RIGHT or CORNER LEFT for INSTALLED POSITION in BASIC

If you selected FLAT TO WALL for INSTALLED POSITION in MANUAL SETUP (see page65)
