The indicator comes on with the ignition switch in the ON (II) position. The multi-information display shows ''CHECK KEYLESS ACCESS SYSTEM.'' In this case, use the built-in key to lock/unlock the doors and start the engine. The indicator comes on for several seconds when you turn the ignition switch to the ON (II) position.
