Controls in detail Driving and parking Engaging electronic parking brake automatically Your vehicle's electronic parking brake engages automatically when DISTRONIC Plus (Y page 350) brings your vehicle to a standstill, and at least one of the following conditions is met: RThe engine is turned off.
