The Meaning of LED Indicators Disk Drive LEDs Disk drive LEDs on these Snap Servers are located beneath the status lights on the bezel. For all disk drive LEDs, the left light indicates drive status; the right light indicates drive activity. They operate as follows: Status LED (left) Activity LED (right) Solid green Solid green Solid amber Off Off (SATA drive) Disk drive installed properly but is not active Solid green (SAS drive) Blinking green Disk drive installed properly and is active Off Disk drive installed, but not working correctly Off No disk drive installed Power Supply Module Indicator Lights The LED on a 500 Series/600 Series power module is identified in the following illustration.
