NFS Access 3 To access files on the server, double-click the icon for the share. A Finder window will display the contents of the share, and your Snap Server will now behave like any other disk on your Mac. To disconnect from the Snap Server, drag its icon into the trash. NFS Access NFS access to the server is enabled on the Network > NFS screen of the Administration Tool. By default, NFS access is enabled and any NFS client can access the Snap Server through the guest account. Note Only NFS v2 and v3 are enabled by default. If you wish to enable NFS v4, select the Enable NFS v4 check box on the Network > NFS screen. NFS client access to shares can be specified by navigating to the Security > Shares screen and clicking the name of a share, then clicking the NFS Access button. If you are in Unicode mode, you must configure the Snap Server's protocol for the code page being used. See "NFS" on page 126 for more information.
